Charles E. Green Announces Acquisition of Milliken Brush Nailing Machine Business

Charles E. Green & Son, Inc. and Milliken Intertechnologies Corp. are pleased to announce that on April 1, 2010, Charles E. Green & Son, Inc.  completed the purchase of the Milliken Brush nailing machine business.  Both Green and Milliken are working together to make the transition as seamless as possible.  Charles E.
