SIGN-ON: Tell CA to scrap Prop. 65 labeling changes and Proposed Rule
Fri March 19, 2021
Currently, the California Office of Health Hazard Assessment is proposing regulatory changes to the Proposition regulations that would change labeling requirements for consumer products sold in the state, threatening to disrupt manufacturing supply chains nationwide.
An article to summarize the proposed changes from The National Law Review
ABMA has joined forces with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) to ask for your help to send a unified message from manufacturers to the state of California requesting that they withdraw their proposed amendments to the Proposition 65 regulations.
This letter is open companies and associations. The deadline for this letter is Friday, March 26 at 5 p.m. EDT. For more details, please contact NAM Director of Energy and Resources Policy Laura Berkey-Ames.
Don’t miss your chance to join the NAM in sending this clear and unified message to the state of California.
